Street Style Potato Frankie
Street Style Potato Frankie is my one of the favorite snack when I don't have enough time to cook whole meal. This dish is very healthy, even you can put this into your kid's lunch box and they will happily finish this without any excuses.
It contains Tortilla or Roti, you can also use any leftover paratha or chapati. You can add any veggies in it as you like.
Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Servings: 4
Ingredients
Tortilla : 4 or Rotis : 8
Mayonnaise : 4 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup : 4 tbsp
Fried / Boiled Potato : 4 medium sized (Mashed)
Cabbage / lettuce : 1 cup (Shredded)
Carrot : 1 cup (Shredded)
Onion : 1 medium sized (Thinly Sliced)
Green Bell pepper : 1 large size (Thinly Sliced)
Salt : As per Taste
Black pepper powder : 1 tbsp
Pav bhaji Masala : 1 tbsp
Chipotle Ranch : 1/4 cup (or any sauce)
Butter : To grill
Directions
Mix Mayonnaise and Tomato Ketchup in a bowl
Take a Tortilla or Roti and spread mixture of Mayonnaise and Ketchup on it.
Add boiled or fried potato
Add chopped cabbage
Add chopped carrot
Add chopped onion
Add chopped green bell pepper
Sprinkle Pav bhaji masala
Add Chipotle Ranch or any sauce
Add chopped cilantro
Fold the tortilla
Grill the Frankie in a pan using butter or oil and enjoy!!
